       Bisengali Liliya was born on January 19, 1989 in the village of Boralday in the Ili district of the Almaty region. In 2006 she graduated from Almaty Linguistic Gymnasium No. 15 and entered the law faculty of the Kazakh National University. In 2010, she graduated with honors from the law faculty of the Kazakh National University, having received an academic bachelor's degree in law, and entered the magistracy of the law faculty of the Kazakh national university. The master's thesis was made at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, and is devoted to the development of criminal policy in the field of combating economic crime. In 2012, Bisengali L. successfully graduated from the magistracy, receiving an academic degree of Master of Laws. Since 2012, Bisengali L. has been working in the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, having gone from an assistant to a senior teacher. L. Bisengali is the author and co-author of more than 40 scientific and educational articles, including 5 articles published in journals included in the Scopus database and 1 article published in a journal included in the Thomson Reuters database. In addition, Bisenagali Lilia prepared 2 textbooks on combating corruption and raiding, as well as methodological recommendations on the organization of anti- corruption education in the university. Since 2009, Bisenғali Liliya has been the chairman of the Anti-Corruption Student Club, operating at the base of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. In 2016, Bisengali Liliya entered the doctoral program of the Faculty of Law of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, from which she graduated in 2018. The thesis for the PhD degree was made on the basis of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The circle of scientific interests of Bisenagali Liliya are issues of combating corruption and economic crime.
